We don't just work in Queenstown. We live here, we love it here and we've spent years getting to know the people and places that make it pretty extraordinary.
We know where the light falls, which mountains work in different seasons, where to escape the crowds and what to do when Queenstown's weather decides it has other plans.
That local knowledge is woven into every QTE elopement.

WHO we are
There's something pretty special about having a team around you who genuinely know each other..
We've worked side by side on Queenstown wedding days for years. We know how each other works, we know our roles without needing to ask, and we know when to step in, when to give you space and when everyone just needs a glass of bubbles and a good laugh. That's why we don't simply find a photographer, celebrant or creative team when you book.Our close-knit QTE team has been carefully brought together over years, with some of Queenstown's most sought-after wedding professionals at the heart of it, and because we intentionally limit the number of elopements we take on, your wedding never feels like another job on the calendar.We know your plans. We know your story. And when your day arrives, we're all in.
More than your wedding team
Eloping often means leaving behind some of the people who would traditionally be there on a wedding morning.Your mum helping with your dress. A bridesmaid calming the nerves. Friends popping the bubbles and getting excited alongside you. That's where we come in. We'll help with the dress, carry the flowers, calm the nerves, fix the little things, make you laugh and celebrate right alongside you. We know when to quietly disappear into the background and when you need someone in your corner. Our couples often tell us that somewhere along the way, we stop feeling like the people they hired for their wedding.We start feeling more like the guests they chose to bring along. And honestly? That's one of our favourite parts of what we do.

Haley Keals
Planner + the one who keeps it all together
Haley is the person behind the plans, timelines and approximately one million little details that make your elopement feel completely effortless.
With a background creating tailored experiences in Queenstown's tourism industry and years spent planning weddings here, she knows this place and the people in it incredibly well.
She's organised, unflappable and usually three steps ahead, but she's also the one helping with your dress, calming the nerves and making sure there's a glass of bubbles waiting when you need it.
By the time your wedding day arrives, there's a pretty good chance Haley will feel less like your planner and more like an old friend.

Carla Court
Photographer + the one behind the camera
Carla has spent years photographing weddings in Queenstown and knows these landscapes, the light and our elopements inside out.
Her style is relaxed, natural and beautifully considered, capturing the big moments, the little ones and everything happening when you didn't realise anyone was watching.
Most importantly, Carla has an incredible ability to make people feel comfortable in front of the camera. No awkward posing. No feeling like you're on a photoshoot all day.
Just the two of you having the best time, while Carla and her carefully selected photography team make sure you never forget what it looked or felt like.

She takes your stories, memories and all the little things that make the two of you you, and weaves them into a ceremony that feels relaxed, meaningful and genuinely yours.
She'll settle the nerves, make you laugh and possibly make you cry.

Nadia and Robbie have an incredible way of capturing a wedding day without ever making it feel like you're being filmed.

We're not interested in creating the most elopements in Queenstown.
We're interested in creating exceptional ones.
That's why we intentionally limit the number of weddings we take on each year, giving every couple more of our time, greater flexibility and access to the team we've spent years bringing together.
